Nydia is a NY based Film actor and producer. She produced, wrote, directed and starred in a web series distributed through the Youtube platform named “In This Life”. She completed her acting training at the City College of New York in Spring of 2013. Some of Nydia’s specialties include comedy, improvisation and a range of accents and dialects. Nydia starred in the The Lost Book of Rap as Mocca, a film written and directed by Ron Elliot. She was born of Panamanian descent and was raised in New York City. She studied business for two years before she decided to fully pursue an acting career. Nydia is highly skilled in the areas of written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Some say she can sell fire to the devil. Some of her hobbies includes skiing, snowboarding, rock climbing, and poetry. Her slogan for life is “Have the Courage to follow your Passion”.
